Q:  I’d like to purchase a package of personal training sessions as a gift for someone.  Do you offer gift certificates?
A:  Yes, you may purchase Toned Bodies Personal Training sessions or packages to give as a “gift that keeps on giving.”  To purchase a gift certificate, please call (626) 254-1500 or e-mail.
 
Q:  How can I get a workout session for free?
A:   Anytime you refer a woman to Toned Bodies Personal Training and she completes 5 personal training sessions, you automatically receive one free personal training session (per referral). Also, when you provide your testimonial along with your "before and after" pictures for publication on the company's website, you will receive three personal training sessions free of charge to you!
 
Q:  What forms of payment do you accept?
A:  Toned Bodies Personal Training accepts cash, check, Visa and MasterCard.
 
Q:  I’d like to have toned arms and abs.  Can Toned Bodies help me?
A:  Yes, of course.  I know what works and what doesn’t and no body part is immune from my knowledge.  If it’s arms and abs you want to work on, I’ll design your workouts to sculpt them.  I know the exercises to help tone you quickly.  And don’t worry - I won’t have you doing a million push-ups and sit-ups.  I know what women want and I deliver.
 
Q:  I’d like to hire Toned Bodies, but I don’t want to bulk up and gain muscle like a guy.  What do you suggest?
A:  Still hire me!  Genetically, most women do not have the ability to obtain muscle mass in the same way men do (unless using steroids).  You need not worry, my techniques will simply tone your muscles so they look defined…not bulky.
 
Q:  I just had a baby and need to shed some unwanted pounds.  Can Toned Bodies Personal Training assist me?
A:  Most definitely!  I will customize workouts just for you so you can shed the fat and achieve results quickly and safely.  If you remain committed, you’ll be amazed at how well your body responds to losing the weight gained during your pregnancy.
 
Q:  I have arthritis.  I have been told by my physician that I need to get some exercise.  I don’t know where to begin.  Can you help?
A:  I can most definitely train you and give you a workout suited for your physical needs.  I am very knowledgeable in physical conditions and limitations and understand your concerns.  Moderate exercise offers many benefits to those women with arthritis and I would be happy to help you.
 
Q: I injured my knee years ago as a teenager and have been sedentary since then.  I’d like to hire a trainer, but I’m leery of re-injuring my knee.  What do you suggest?
A:  I would suggest scheduling personal training sessions with Toned Bodies Personal Training.  I am educated in injury prevention and understand the human body.  During your assessment, you will have the opportunity to share your past medical history as well as to share your concerns and ask questions.  I am understanding and considerate of all of my clients’ needs and will customize your workouts to minimize the strain on your injured areas.
 
Q:  HELP!!!  I’m getting married in 6 months and I want to look amazing in my gown.  Can you help and what do you suggest?
A:  Of course.  Call me immediately to set up your consultation and schedule your workouts.  When you meet with me, I’d like to hear EVERYTHING you would physically like to achieve before your big day.  I will work with you to get you quick and safe results.  I’ll help define your arms, tone your abs, firm up your legs and glutes, and sculpt your shoulders and back so you look your best on your big day!
 
Q:  How will you track my progress?
A:  I keep a comprehensive file for each client.  During your workout, you will see me writing down how much weight you have lifted, how much resistance your body is adjusting to, which exercises you complete and how many repetitions of an exercise you do. This enables you and me to look back and reflect on your progress as the weeks go by.  While I will track your progress during your workout, I also analyze your progress with a variety of tools including a tape measurer, body fat analyzer and scale.
 
Q:  I’ve had terrible experiences in the past with gyms and other personal training companies.  I’m nervous and feeling self-conscious about hiring Toned Bodies Personal Training.  Why should I hire you?
A: I am sorry to hear that you have not had good experiences elsewhere. However, rest assured that Toned Bodies Personal Training is dedicated to each and every client and I am committed to helping you achieve your goals. I am on time, friendly, encouraging and knowledgeable. I work around your schedule and most of all, I LOVE what I do. If you don't like a particular exercise, you don't have to do it. There are many exercises to work each muscle. Need that extra "push" or pep-talk to get through your workout? No problem! I'm energetic, fun and motivating. Q:  Is your equipment cleaned and sanitized?
A:  Yes, I personally sanitize the equipment after every workout…after all, I use it too!!
