Personal Training - Services
Consultations: (2 hours)
My consultations are painless and fun. During your one-on-one consultation, we will sit down and talk about what you are looking for in terms of your health and fitness goals. Together we will fill out a few simple forms and take your measurements which will include your weight, inches and body fat. I take measurements so that I can have a complete understanding of your current fitness level and design a workout program tailored to quickly, safely and efficiently get you to your goals. Also, we will periodically retake your measurements as one of the ways we will track your progress. And, if you would like, I can take a "before" picture* of you, so when you achieve your fitness goals, you will have a point of reference to look back upon to see your progress. The final step will be scheduling your first personal training session. It's that easy!

Customized One-On-One Workouts: (1 hour)
I develop workouts that are tailored to fit the needs of each client. No two women are the same, and neither are my workouts. Since I specialize in training women exclusively, I understand the female body and its metabolism. As a result, this knowledge allows me to formulate the necessary steps to put you on the right path. Depending upon your age, current fitness level and medical history, I will customize a workout plan FOR YOU to assist in reaching your goals. I am motivating, friendly and excited to help you succeed! I will take all the guesswork out of exercising and I'll give you challenging goal-focused workouts. All you need to do is dress in comfortable workout clothing, have some water nearby and be ready to TONE THAT BODY!

Bridal Boot Camp: (1 Hour)

The question has been asked, the parents have been informed…the WEDDING IS ON!!  The number one thing on your mind?  To look fabulous on your wedding day!  Bridal Boot Camp is designed to help each and every bride - and her bridal party - to feel healthy, confident and beautiful on the big day.  Bridal Boot Camp isn't just for the lucky bride - it's also for the mothers of the happy couple, maid/matron-of-honor, bridesmaids, etc.  It's a fun way to spend time with the women who matter most to you, while everyone slims down, tones up and has a blast preparing for the wedding!! 

Choose from the following four packages:

½ Carat (4 hours of Bridal Boot Camp)

1 Carat (8 hours of Bridal Boot Camp)

2 Carat (12 hours of Bridal Boot Camp)

The "Rock" (20 hours of Bridal Boot Camp)

Nutrition & Meal Planning Sessions: (30 minutes)
Exercise is only half the battle. Good exercise and poor eating can be a recipe for frustration which is why I focus on both the intake (consumption) as well as output (exercise). During our Nutrition and Meal Planning Sessions, we will sit down and discuss your nutrition/dietary needs as well as plan your meals for the upcoming week. I will coach you in selecting the correct foods to include in your meals as well as provide you guidance in food substitutes if you have dietary restrictions (i.e.: lactose intolerance, Celiac disease, etc.). Each meal will be healthy, properly balanced and customized to fit your lifestyle. Again, the meals are planned just for YOU to assist in obtaining YOUR health and fitness goals. During this time, we will have open dialogue in which you may ask questions and share your concerns/struggles/victories. Together, we will re-assess your plan to meet your goals for the upcoming week!

Pantry Purge: (2 hours)
If you are going to spend the time and effort getting your body in shape with exercise, it's also a good idea to get your pantry in shape! Do you need help making healthier food choices for yourself and your family? The Pantry Purge may be your perfect solution!! I come to your home and together we sort through your pantry, refrigerator and freezer. This is not a cooking class, nor will you be encouraged to buy "products" (vitamins, supplements, etc.) This is a customized consultation where we will evaluate your food and I'll explain what needs to go and what can stay. The foods that you bring into your home need to provide you with excellent nourishment and balance. The Pantry Purge is an opportunity to shed the more unfavorable items in your kitchen so that you and your family can easily and effortlessly make healthy choices at home. We will evaluate labels and discuss ingredients, and toss out the foods that don't promote good health. After we purge your pantry, we will jointly devise a plan to fill your pantry with health promoting foods that will satisfy your taste buds (and help you lose weight!). If you would prefer not tossing your unhealthy foods, they can always be donated to a local soup kitchen, food bank or church.

Supermarket Savvy Tour: (1 hour)

With as many as 30,000 items in bags, boxes and cans in aisles of produce, meats and junk food, getting the weekly groceries in the supermarket can be an overwhelming experience - especially if you're trying to eat healthy foods. It's so easy to just grab what's convenient when you are on the run, in a rush, or just flat out overwhelmed with the shear number of choices. But if you're watching what you eat to help your heart, prevent disease and/or watch your weight, sometimes a little help is in order. If grocery shopping is a confusing and exhausting experience for you, give me a call to schedule your Supermarket Savvy Tour. I am available to take you on a private tour of the supermarket of your choice. I'll teach you how to understand and read food labels, see past slick marketing tactics and be savvy when it comes to making healthier food choices for yourself and for your family.
