I just was not one to love working out. I had done a little here and there but never really knew what I was doing. I was at my highest weight when I came to see you. You were so positive and that made me want to keep coming back. I have now been going to you for three months and see an incredible difference. Dear Erika,
Just wanted to say thank you for being so supportive and helping me lose 13 lbs so far. I feel great and clothing that was once tight on me now fits comfortably and some are even loose. You have taught me how to eat better and have kept me motivated to work-out on a consistent basis. I love the fact that I never get bored working out with you, because you always switch it up and give me new workouts. Dear Erika,
When we met over a year ago, I needed an exercise program that was consistent and focused. You have been my personal trainer for over a year now and every week you inspire me to be my best through your encouraging spirit and your knowledge about exercise, nutrition and overall physical well being. I appreciate that you continue to stay current in the exercise field. I am really enjoying your Relax & Rejuvenate Sessions as well. When I was preparing for my Marriage and Family Therapy licensing exam in August, the relaxation breathing techniques and stretches I learned from the Relax & Rejuvenate sessions truly helped to reduce tension and calm my nerves! The morning of the test I arrived early and practiced some of the breathing exercises you taught me. It worked and I passed the test with flying colors. Erika, you are a consistent source of information and encouragement and you faithfully addresses my physical issues - even my muscular pain and joint pain and all the challenges that come from an active lifestyle in the mid-life range. I do lots of lifting, carrying and standing in my clothing business. The strengthening I receive during my training sessions really helps.
You are definitely not a "one-size-fits-all" trainer. You tailor make each session based on my current needs. I cannot say enough about how grateful I am to have met you. To know you as a friend and to benefit from your expertise....is priceless.

Dear Erika,
I want to thank you for my wonderful results! By the sixth session I had actually lost 10 pounds and all around inches off the areas where I really wanted to lose. Most of all I was able to fit into clothes that I haven't fit into for a long while. I appreciate the time and effort you take with my workouts. I enjoy the fact that they are tailor-made to my specific goals and appreciate that you acknowledge my body type. Your information on nutrition is helpful, informative, and encouraging because now I have my workouts combined with a meal plan to allow me to reach my goals! I thank my sister for referring you to me. My only regret is that we didn't meet sooner....I've wasted so much money and time at various local gyms waiting for a machine and impersonal service. I love the fact that you keep me motivated. Your cheerful personality makes me want to workout and keep a positive outlook.

Dear Erika,
As you know, weight was not my issue, but I definitely had a "couch potato" existence; and other than walking around at work, I had no other exercise. I thought running around at work and with kids was sufficient and quite frankly, I avoided exercise with a passion. I had no problems paying my monetary dues at the gym – but I never showed up. I became "tired of being tired". My husband strongly recommended that I do something to pick up my energy level. Then you came along!
With your baby steps program tailored to me, I have increased my stamina, energy, and strength. I have ended my 12 week program, but not to worry - I want my next twelve week program to target my new goals.
I have to admit that after the 6th session, people did come up to me and say that I looked healthy and attractive. I had not worn a dress in over 6 years without boots to cover myself as much as I could. Now I love to see the changes (not to mention actually wearing tighter fitting clothes) as I have toned up. Not having a frumpy silhouette and standing straighter were my goals. Now I look forward to removing my little "muffin top" from above my jeans!
I am now so motivated and that's the fun part! Thank you once again and see you soon.

Dear Erika:
Thank you for guiding me through my workout sessions during my pregnancy. In my opinion, my delivery seemed easier than I anticipated due to having more strength and stamina from the breathing and tummy exercises we worked on since the beginning of my pregnancy. Ultimately, I am now back to my pre-pregnancy weight, have acquired more muscle tone and feel fabulous! I would recommend you to all women who are pregnant, want to become pregnant, and have been pregnant. Thank you for making me look and feel better than I ever have before.

Erika,
I just finished my first 12 sessions with you and I wanted to let you know how happy I am. I cannot believe how much I look forward to our workouts. You are not only a great trainer but you have also become someone I consider to be a friend. It is, at first, a little bizarre having someone you just met come into your house and weigh and measure you. It's intimidating letting a stranger do these things...things that I would never let a close friend do! However, with your sweet and encouraging yet straightforward manner, you put me at ease and allowed me to concentrate on the task at hand. Of course, we all want to tighten and tone, gain muscle and drop some pounds. But the change that I have experienced has far surpassed that. I feel more at home in my body and co-workers and friends are commenting on how differently I carry myself. My back is straighter, my shoulders no longer hang and my head is raised. I find myself walking with a bounce in my step and a smile on my face! There is a strength now that I have not felt in years. It is not just the renewed strength in my body, but also in my soul. I am sure this all sounds a little corny, but I wouldn't have it any other way. Thank you so much for everything!
If I may brag for a moment, I am down one pant size and am wearing clothes off the regular rack, not the plus size rack! Also, yesterday I purchased a pair of fashionable boots, the kind that for years I could not get to fit over my calves. Part of me wants to go buy a whole new wardrobe, but I know that as I continue to work with you, the inches will keep coming off. I'm so excited to see what will happen in the months to come!

Hi Erika,
I just wanted to thank you for the service you provide! After two weeks with your help, I have already lost 3.5 pounds and can start seeing the muscle definition in my arms and legs. The biggest thing for me so far though is last week I wore a skirt to work and noticed that my thighs were not rubbing together as much as they used to. There was no need to wear shorts under my skirt or walk differently to stop them from being irritated. It was an exciting way for me to see the improvement you have helped me achieve. Friends and family are starting to notice the difference too. I also have noticed I have more energy and I look forward to each day, especially as I call it my "workout day".

Dear Erika,
With the school term and the endless hours at work it was hard to get back into working out. As a student, there was never a "good" time to eat. I used to eat only when there was time and they were usually on-the-go meals. They wreaked havoc on my waistline and budget. Then I started training with you and you opened my eyes to a whole new way of thinking about food, exercise and lifestyle. Thank you for your motivation to get me going again.
Since training with you, I now have double the energy and need half the amount of coffee to get me through the day. I have seen results in the clothing I wear and in the responses from my friends and family. You were the added addition that I needed for my goals and self-esteem. Your motivation and life altering suggestions have helped pave the way to getting me where I need to be.
